3. Datenerfassung auf dieser Website

4. Datenverarbeitung für fotografische Dienstleistungen
Im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung verarbeiten wir Identifikationsdaten (Name, Adresse) und die vertragsgegenständlichen Bilddaten. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt zur Erfüllung des Vertrages (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Die Nutzung der Bilder für unsere Eigenwerbung/Portfolio erfolgt ausschließlich nach Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
5. Cookies und Dienste Dritter
a) Cookies und TDDDG. Wir verwenden technisch notwendige Cookies, die zur Funktionalität der Website erforderlich sind. Alle nicht notwendigen Cookies (z. B. für Analysen oder Marketing) werden nur mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen Einwilligung (Opt-in) gesetzt (§25 Abs. 1 TDDDG).
